Position Overview

Insurance Masterminds of MP Group is seeking a motivated, results-driven Hybrid Medicare Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping clients make informed healthcare decisions while building a long-term career in the insurance industry.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, systems-driven environment with access to structured training, provided leads, and a supportive team focused on growth and professional development. This is a hybrid position — primarily remote with occasional in-person office meetings, team trainings, and strategy sessions.

All qualified leads are provided, along with an aggressive commission structure with residual earnings and performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Present Medicare solutions to prospective clients, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, Prescription Drug Plans, and ancillary products (Cancer, Heart & Stroke, Hospital Indemnity, Recovery Care, etc.).
Educate clients on plan options, helping them understand coverage differences and choose solutions that best fit their needs.
Maintain accurate CRM records by documenting conversations, updates, and pipeline activity to support team visibility and reporting.
Meet or exceed performance goals and sales benchmarks.
Identify appropriate cross-selling opportunities when applicable.
Provide ongoing client support, including policy servicing, renewals, and benefit reviews.
Ensure all activities follow Medicare compliance guidelines, certifications, and licensing requirements.
Stay informed on industry trends, carrier updates, and Medicare policy changes.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve workflows.
Represent Insurance Masterminds professionally in all client and internal interactions.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; coachable and open to feedback.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying accountable to team goals.
Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools preferred.
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a performance-based environment.
Willingness and ability to obtain insurance license and work in a high-reward, commission-only position
