This isn't a one-product shop. We do real roofing with real authority, and you'll carry a full portfolio:

Asphalt — the bread and butter, done right
Cedar shake and natural slate — high-craft, high-ticket work most companies won't touch
Standing seam and metal roofing
Custom copper work — the kind of detail that sells itself to the right homeowner
TPO and EPDM flat roof systems
James Hardie siding and Pella windows and doors

When a homeowner asks a question most reps can't answer, you'll have the answer — and a company behind you that can actually build it.

We have our own in-house canvassing team working neighborhoods full-time, plus steady inbound from referrals and our own marketing. Every appointment is qualified and confirmed by our team before it ever hits your calendar — the homeowner knows we're coming, knows why, and is expecting you.

You're not cold-calling. You're not door-knocking. You're not driving across three counties to an appointment that was never real.

Your Pipeline Stays Yours

We'd love for you to close at the table — one-call closes are the goal, and the best reps get there most of the time.

But roofs are a major decision, and some homeowners need time. When that happens, the customer stays in your pipeline and stays yours to work. We don't pull the lead back, reassign it, or drop it into a shared pool. You built the relationship; you keep it, you follow up, and you close it when they're ready.

What You'll Earn

Average earners take home around $150,000. Our top earners clear $250,000+.
Uncapped commission on every roof you close — no ceiling, no cap, no games.
Five weeks of draw pay to keep you going while your pipeline fills up.
Fuel reimbursement plus vehicle reimbursement — you're not paying to run our appointments.

Real Training, One-on-One

You won't sit in a classroom in another city watching slides.

You'll be trained one-on-one by the owner — decades of combined experience in roofing and in-home sales, still running appointments personally. Ride-alongs, live appointments, and real coaching on your actual deals. Small company, direct access, no layers between you and the person who can answer your question.

What You'll Do

Run pre-set, confirmed in-home appointments for full roof replacements and exterior projects
Present, build value, handle objections, and close — at the table when you can, on the follow-up when you can't
Work your own pipeline: follow up, stay in front of the homeowner, and bring the deal home
Present financing and monthly-payment options that fit the homeowner's budget
Know the products cold — systems, ventilation, warranties, and what actually separates a quality roof from a cheap one
Sell on value against lower bids, not by discounting to match them
Log your appointments, follow-ups, and contracts accurately in our CRM
Own your numbers — sit-to-close rate and revenue
Protect the NE Contractors name in every home you walk into

What We're Looking For

Proven in-home residential sales experience (roofing, exteriors, remodeling, windows, solar, or similar high-ticket in-home sales)
3+ years of in-home sales experience preferred; 1 year required
A close rate and revenue history you can actually speak to
Fluency selling financing / monthly payments (GreenSky, Service Finance, Hearth, or similar) — most of our homeowners finance
Genuine product interest — you'll be selling more than asphalt, and the homeowners buying slate and copper expect you to know your material
Discipline to work a pipeline, not just a calendar
Clean, ethical selling. Our reviews and our reputation are the business.
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation
Comfortable climbing ladders, walking roofs, and accessing attics; able to lift 50 lbs
Available for evening and weekend appointments — that's when homeowners are home

This Role Is Probably Not For You If

You rely on pressure tactics
You let a "not tonight" turn into a dead lead instead of working it
You avoid direct conversations about money and financing
You want a base salary and a desk more than you want commission and a truck
You're not coachable — we run a process, and we expect you to run it

Schedule & Territory

Full-time, field-based. Evenings and weekends as needed, because that's when homeowners are available.

Territory: Southeastern Pennsylvania — Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties — plus South Jersey.

We route your appointments close to home. You shouldn't spend your evening driving 90 minutes each way to sit at a kitchen table. We assign work based on where you live and keep your day tight, so you're running more appointments and burning less windshield time.
