Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative and Receptionist to join our dynamic team! This dual-role position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients, manage front desk operations, and support office functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable, and organized, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also actively contributing to sales efforts and administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly. This paid position is perfect for someone eager to grow their skills in sales, office management, and customer support within a lively work environment.

Duties

Greet visitors warmly, answer multi-line phone systems professionally, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
Manage front desk operations, including checking in clients and scheduling appointments
Assist with sales activities by engaging with prospective clients and promoting our services or products
Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and manage correspondence
Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools
Handle clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing emails, and supporting administrative projects
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously while maintaining a positive attitude

Skills

Proven experience working at a front desk or in office management roles with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
Strong clerical skills such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and time management
Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Prior customer service experience with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving skills
