About Patriot Service Group

Patriot Service Group (PSG) is a security integration and commercial services company serving multifamily communities, commercial properties, and government facilities across the Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. metro area. Our core business is the design, installation, and maintenance of electronic security systems — access control, IP video surveillance, intrusion detection, and intercom solutions — alongside a general construction practice that supports tenant improvements, build-outs, and facility upgrades for our client base.

PSG is a certified partner with Brivo (cloud-based access control) and Turing (AI-powered video analytics), giving our team a genuine technical edge when competing for commercial and government security integration contracts.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to grow PSG's security integration and commercial project revenue across three target markets: multifamily residential communities, commercial real estate, and government / gov-con clients.

Security integration is the primary focus of this role. You will also have the opportunity to sell PSG's general construction and renovation capabilities to the same client base.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and develop relationships with commercial property managers, apartment community owners, building engineers, and government contracting officers in the Northern Virginia / DC corridor

- Lead with PSG's security integration capabilities — access control (Brivo), AI video analytics (Turing), IP cameras, intrusion systems, and intercoms — as the primary value proposition

- Cross-sell PSG's general construction and tenant improvement services to existing security clients

- Conduct site walks and security assessments to scope appropriate system solutions

- Prepare estimates, proposals, and bid responses; close contracts

- Identify recurring monthly revenue (RMR) opportunities — monitoring agreements, service contracts

- Manage projects from signed contract through completion

- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasting

- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

Compensation

- Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year

- Commission: Uncapped — 50% earned at contract signing, 50% at project completion

- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 – $120,000+

- $5,000 performance bonus for achieving $1.2M+ in annual sales

Performance Expectations

- Annual target: $800,000

- Strong performers: $1,000,000+

- Top performers (bonus eligible): $1,200,000+

Qualifications

- Proven B2B sales experience; background in security integration, low-voltage systems, commercial construction, or technology sales strongly preferred

- Ability to understand and communicate technical security solutions to non-technical buyers

- Strong relationship-building skills across commercial real estate, property management, and/or government procurement

- Proven ability to manage consultative sales cycles

- Self-motivated, organized, and able to independently generate new opportunities

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Preferred Experience

- Direct experience selling electronic security systems: access control (Brivo, Lenel, Genetec), IP video / CCTV (Turing, Axis, Milestone), intrusion, or intercom systems

- Familiarity with Brivo cloud access control or SaaS-based security platforms

- Experience in commercial construction or general contracting sales — tenant improvements, build-outs

- Familiarity with the Northern Virginia / DC market, especially multifamily property management

- Background in government contracting (gov-con): GSA schedules, IDIQ contracts, task orders
