Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, leasing, maintenance, and customer service. This role offers the opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the success and profitability of our property portfolio.

Compensation: up to $80,000 (with a Base Plus Commission Structure)

Duties:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing all aspects of property maintenance, including coordinating repairs, inspections, and renovations.
- Overseeing property leasing activities, from marketing vacancies to screening potential tenants and executing lease agreements.
- Handling facilities management tasks to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
- Performing real estate administrative duties such as maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
- Utilizing property management software such as Appfolio to streamline operations and track financial transactions.
- Implementing sales strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
- Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and resolving any related issues promptly.
- Providing exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving disputes effectively.

Skills:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in property management practices and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and best practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction.
- Experience using property management software like Yardi or OneSite.
- Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Sales acumen to drive occupancy rates and revenue growth.
- Detail-oriented approach to managing property-related tasks efficiently.
