Job Title: Property Manager (Temporary)
Location: Visalia, CA (Onsite – Goshen Area)
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $27 – $28 /hr DOE and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employment Type: W2 Temporary

Position Overview

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is partnering with a property management organization to hire a Property Manager to support a residential community in the Visalia/Goshen area. This role is more customer-facing and administrative in nature, with a strong focus on resident interaction, office coordination, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. It’s a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet applicants and residents, providing a professional and welcoming experience
Answer phones, emails, and general inquiries
Support leasing-related activities including renewals and unit backfill as needed
Collect and organize required documentation from residents and applicants
Maintain accurate and organized records and files
Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Collaborate with maintenance and internal teams to support property needs
Help de-escalate resident concerns and maintain a positive community environment

Qualifications

Experience in an office, administrative, customer service, or property management setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Yardi or similar systems is a plus, but not required
Leasing or property management experience is a plus

Work Schedule

Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
