The Planing Mill, LLC an award-winning elevated pizzeria and craft beer taproom in Visalia, CA, is looking for an experienced Administrative & Operations Coordinator to join our hardworking and fun-loving team. If you’re ready to bring your expertise to a fast-paced, positive environment where great food and great people come together, this might just be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Do

As our Administrative & Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing administrative tasks to keep the business running efficiently.
Coordinating operational processes to support our team and maintain our high standards.
Assisting with scheduling, inventory management, and vendor communications.
Providing organizational support to ensure our guests continue to enjoy an exceptional experience.

Your work will directly contribute to the success of our team and the satisfaction of our customers.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

5 years of experience in an administrative or operations role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
A passion for supporting a team and contributing to a positive work environment.
