Executive Assistant

Join Our Team at a Leading Insurance Agency!

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Bring

Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents
Screen phone calls and emails and respond appropriately
Maintain organized filing systems and confidential records
Coordinate licensing and compliance paperwork
Assist with marketing campaigns and company communications
Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees
Manage office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships
Assist with accounting tasks, including invoices, expense reports, and recordkeeping
Support executive leadership with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar role preferred
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work with minimal supervision
