Job Title: Corporate Staff Accountant (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Vancouver, WA (Hybrid – Onsite Tuesday & Thursday)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $75,000–$80,000 DOE (upon permanent hire)

Position Summary:
We're seeking a Corporate Staff Accountant to join a growing accounting team in a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role focuses on general ledger accounting, financial reporting, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close. Ideal candidates will have a solid corporate accounting background, strong Excel skills, and experience working with financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare journal entries and complete general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
Support financial reporting and financial statement preparation.
Investigate account variances and ensure the accuracy of corporate financial data.
Partner with the accounting team on audits, reporting, and special projects.

Qualifications:

Corporate Staff Accountant experience with strong GL and financial reporting knowledge.
Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Strong Excel skills; Yardi experience is a plus.
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and interested in a long-term opportunity.
