Evening Shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm

Night Audit: 11:00pm-7:00am

Mid Shift (Busy days only): 12:00pm-8:00pm

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable first impressions? EVEN Hotel Waco is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel.

In this role, you will greet and assist guests throughout the check-in and check-out process, manage reservations and room assignments, respond to guest inquiries, and provide outstanding service to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll help create the warm, welcoming atmosphere that defines the EVEN Hotel experience.

Duties

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries promptly, direct calls accurately, and take detailed messages when necessary.
Maintain appointment calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate office activities using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Handle data entry tasks with precision, including updating spreadsheets, maintaining filing systems, and processing documents efficiently.
Assist with office management duties such as inventory control, supply ordering, and organizing files to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
Provide customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and offering courteous assistance in person or over the phone.
Support administrative functions including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and performing clerical tasks like photocopying and filing.

Requirements

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry software such as QuickBooks.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele.
Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling client communication professionally.
Familiarity with office equipment including fax machines, scanners, and printers; technical proficiency is preferred.
Previous experience as a front desk or receptionist in medical or dental offices is advantageous but not required.
Available to work weekends as needed.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
