Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Education Director to join our team. As the Education Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our curriculum and ensuring that teachers and staff are equipped with what they need to be successful in classrooms. You will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience for our students and ensuring their success. We are looking for a people-person, someone who is able to effectively communicattion with children, staff, parents, and families.

Duties:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our organization's mission and goals

- Push into classrooms and help teacehrs on a daily basis to help with the curriculum and to meet the needs of students

- Provide support to students and families by helping them navigate their educational journey

- Manage projects related to program development, student engagement, and educational initiatives

- Conduct research to stay updated on current trends and best practices in education

- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure effective program delivery and student outcomes

- Monitor student progress and implement interventions as needed to support their academic success

- Oversee budgeting for educational programs, ensuring efficient use of resources

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree is a plus

- Proven experience in curriculum development, project management, and academic advising

- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with children and families

- Experience working with diverse student populations and creating inclusive learning environments

- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management for educational programs
