Full Job Description

Our patient focused dental office is seeking a take-charge decision-maker. The right candidate will have strong skills in financial operations, personnel management, and patient relations. Knowledge of third-party reimbursement, collections and insurance is required.

Our practice is a small, but growing single doctor practice. The right candidate will be comfortable working independently, but very much be part of a team atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be well versed with dental insurance, treatment planning and be very comfortable and confident with financials and scheduling.

Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations including patient check-in, check-out, and scheduling appointments.
- Provide exceptional patient service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
- Utilize medical administrative support skills to maintain accurate patient records and handle billing and insurance processes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Eaglesoft software for efficient management of patient information and appointments.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow and patient care coordination.
- Utilize multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls and schedule appointments effectively.
- Stay updated on medical terminology and office procedures to provide accurate information to patients and colleagues.
- Assist with medical records management and ensure compliance with EHR systems and protocols.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization to support the overall efficiency of the dental practice.
