Duties

Lead and supervise culinary staff, maintaining high standards across the kitchen.
Plan menus that balance creativity with cost efficiency while catering to diverse dietary needs and preferences.
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures and health regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional presentation of food offerings.
Monitor food industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques to keep menus fresh and exciting.

Requirements

Proven experience in fine dining or restaurant management with strong culinary expertise.
Supervising experience with a track record of managing kitchens effectively within high-pressure environments.
Knowledge of dietary department standards, food safety regulations, and sanitizing procedures.
Skilled in inventory management, cost control, and kitchen management practices.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment.
