Job Description:

We are seeking an administrative support representative to help us with mailroom support and other administrative tasks.

Position is an on-site role in our Warminster, PA location witht he hours of 9am - 5pm. This position pays $15.00hr.

Responsibilities:

Delivers and/or picks-up mail from the local post office with the use of your own vehicle
Sorting, labeling, and inserting outgoing mail packets.
Handles seperation and distribution of the mail.
Scanning documents.
Filing and basic computer work.
May provide receptionist coverage

Required Skills:

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Must have strong attention to detail
Must understand time management in a production based role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable automobile

Education:

The candidate we are seeking will have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.
