Full Job Description

Warren Dermatology and Mohs Surgery is looking for a full time front office medical receptionist for a very busy and fast paced medical office. The atmosphere is busy and high energy, but fun and collegial. We are looking for a hard working, self motivated, reliable and friendly team player. Primary responsibilities will be making appointments for multiple providers, checking in and checking out patients, answering phones and triaging calls. Excellent communications skills are required. Electronic medical records and basic computers skills are preferred. We offer medical insurance and a generous retirement plan.

 must have reliable attendance and arrive on time
 must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

 must be kind, considerate, and compassionate for excellent patient care
 basic computer skills
 1 year experience (recommended, but not required)
