Full Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

Liberty Title & Escrow, under the Fidelity National Financial (FNF) family of companies, is a leading provider of title insurance and settlement services, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth real estate transactions. We are looking for a Modification Data Entry Clerk. This position will be responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining data related to loan modification projects. This role supports the Title Production team by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data within operating systems and reports. The specialist will work closely with the Modification Management Team to monitor the loan modification process and ensure compliance with company standards and timelines. The hours for this position are Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM EST, and it is located in Warwick, RI.

LOCATION

This position sits on-site in Warwick, RI

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately input and update data for loan modification files in the system, ensuring all relevant information is captured.
Serve as a primary point of contact on invoicing orders
Review modification reports for completeness and flag any discrepancies for further review.
Assist with the preparation and delivery of daily modification policy updates.
Conduct basic research on modification file issues, reporting findings to management.
Monitor status updates and follow up on outstanding tasks related to loan modifications.
Assist in maintaining metrics for modifications, contributing data for monthly and annual reporting as required.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and address any issues in a timely manner.
Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents related to modifications.
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for data accuracy and timely updates.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Outlook
Ability to use PC and widely used software packages, e.g., spreadsheets/Excel, word processing/Word.
Ability to learn new software packages as necessary or have experience with company operating system.
Ability to collaborate with colleagues.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Previous experience in Real Estate or Default Industry.
Previous experience in Data Entry.

COMPENSATION and BENEFITS

This position has the potential to earn compensation of $20 based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. Actual rate may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including skillset, experience and location. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
