We are seeking an experienced Sushi Chef and Sushi Helper with a passion for craftsmanship, precision, and hospitality to join our elite culinary team.

Position Summary

We are looking for skilled culinary professionals to prepare exceptional sushi and Japanese dishes for our guests. Responsibilities include handling premium raw seafood, preparing ingredients to exact standards, managing food stock, and executing orders with precision and consistency.

The ideal candidates will have experience with Japanese cuisine, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform efficiently during busy service hours. You will play a key role in maintaining our reputation as one of the area’s premier sushi destinations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare a wide variety of sushi and sashimi using premium fish and ingredients
Execute traditional and contemporary sushi techniques (maki, nigiri, sashimi, specialty rolls)
Ensure precise knife work, portioning, and presentation standards
Maintain proper handling and storage of raw seafood in compliance with food safety regulations
Prepare sushi rice and supporting ingredients to exact specifications
Assist with ingredient preparation, garnishes, and plating (Sushi Helper)
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to accommodate special requests and dietary needs
Monitor product quality, freshness, and inventory levels
Assist with ordering and receiving seafood and specialty ingredients
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings
Uphold the restaurant’s standards for professionalism and culinary excellence

Position Summary

The Fine Dining Server will provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Ideal candidates have strong menu knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Provide warm, professional greetings and guide guests through the dining experience
Demonstrate expert knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
Make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations, including sake and wine pairings
Accurately take and deliver orders with attention to detail
Coordinate timing with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly
