Senior Logistician
Position Summary
The Project Lead serves as the on-site leader responsible for managing all logistics and asset management operations supporting the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). This individual oversees daily contract performance, supervises contractor personnel, serves as the primary point of contact with the Government, and ensures all services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements, performance standards, and federal regulations. The Project Lead is responsible for operational planning, quality assurance, reporting, risk management, and continuous process improvement across all logistics functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of all contract operations.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate contractor personnel.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Archie Corporation and the FTC Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
- Ensure contract performance meets all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, staffing plans, and operational priorities.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the following:
- Quality Control Plan
- Communication Plan
- Escalation Plan
- Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP)
- Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare weekly status reports, performance metrics, and executive summaries.
- Coordinate logistics activities with IT, Procurement, Security, Facilities, Fleet, Parking, and other FTC stakeholders.
- Ensure uninterrupted contract performance through workforce planning and cross-training.
- Lead transition-in activities and ensure operational readiness.
- Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Monitor ServiceNow work orders and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain compliance with all FTC policies, federal regulations, and security requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted.
- Minimum of three (3) years managing multi-location logistics or facilities operations.
- Experience managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality assurance, and operational reporting.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications

- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Experience developing SOPs, Quality Control Plans, and Continuity Plans.
- Experience supporting asset management, warehouse operations, or facilities management.
Senior Asset Management Specialist
Position Summary
The Senior Asset Management Specialist is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of approximately 1,200 government-owned assets utilizing the ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) platform. This position ensures accountability, regulatory compliance, inventory accuracy, audit readiness, and proper asset disposition while supporting FTC property management operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of government assets from receipt through disposal.
- Receive, inspect, barcode, tag, and catalog incoming government property.
- Maintain accurate asset records within ServiceNow.
- Monitor and manage controlled storage locations.
- Coordinate asset issuance, transfers, deployments, and returns.
- Maintain accurate chain-of-custody documentation.
- Conduct data integrity reviews and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor high-value and sensitive assets for compliance.
- Coordinate maintenance, repair, and lifecycle updates.
- Support technology refresh initiatives involving large-scale equipment deployments.
- Conduct annual wall-to-wall physical inventories.
- Support routine audits and government inspections.
- Coordinate asset disposition activities in accordance with federal regulations.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and inventory metrics for leadership.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures.
- Coordinate with IT, Procurement, Security, Logistics, and Facilities personnel.
- Ensure compliance with Federal Management Regulations (FMR), GSA property regulations, and FTC policies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted.
- Minimum five (5) years of asset management experience.
- Minimum two (2) years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Experience supporting federal or large corporate asset management programs.
- Knowledge of Federal Management Regulations (FMR) and government property management practices.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting federal agencies.
- Experience conducting physical inventories and audit support.
- Experience with process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of GSA property disposal regulations.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government public-trust suitability determination.
- Must pass E-Verify and have resided in the U.S. for at least three of the past five years.
- Full-time, Monday–Friday standard business hours on-site in Washington, DC. Compliance with a drug-free workplace policy is required.
Logistics Support Specialist
Position Summary
The Logistics Support Specialist performs a variety of logistics, warehouse, shipping, inventory, and facilities support functions in support of the Federal Trade Commission. This position supports office supply operations, asset management, parking administration, fleet management, transit benefits, litigation logistics, secure document destruction, freight operations, and general logistics support while ensuring outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, stock, distribute, and organize office supplies and equipment.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare shipping labels, manifests, and freight documentation.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and government vehicles.
- Maintain inventory records within ServiceNow.
- Conduct routine inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Support asset deployments, transfers, and equipment staging.
- Assist with office supply replenishment and warehouse organization.
- Deliver supplies and equipment throughout FTC facilities.
- Support fleet inspections, preventive maintenance scheduling, and driver documentation.
- Assist with litigation logistics, including packing, staging, shipping, receiving, inventory, and recovery operations.
- Coordinate secure document destruction activities and vendor pickups.
- Assist with freight loading, unloading, and movement of palletized materials.
- Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, inventory logs, and administrative documentation.
- Respond to customer requests and ServiceNow work orders.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, shipping and receiving, mailroom, or facilities support.
- Valid driver's license.
- Current forklift operator certification.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications

Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
