Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Sales/Manager to lead our administrative and sales operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this vital role, you will oversee daily office functions, manage client and vendor relationships, coordinate sales activities, and ensure smooth communication across departments. Your energetic approach will drive team productivity, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the overall growth of our business. Responsibilities

Lead office management tasks including scheduling, calendar coordination, and maintaining filing systems to ensure operational efficiency.
Manage client communications, respond to inquiries promptly, and foster positive relationships through excellent customer service.
Oversee vendor management by negotiating contracts, tracking deliveries, and maintaining professional relationships to support office needs.
Supervise team members, providing training and development opportunities while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Handle bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and financial recordkeeping using accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar programs.
Coordinate event planning activities for meetings, training sessions, or company functions to promote team engagement.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing clerical duties like multi-line phone systems, filing, and front desk operations.
Utilize Microsoft Office suite including spreadsheets for data analysis, reporting, and tracking sales performance metrics.

Skills

Proven experience in office management combined with strong supervisory skills and team leadership capabilities.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks along with advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications and spreadsheets.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle client interactions professionally via phone or email.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules effectively and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in event planning, vendor negotiations, human resources functions including payroll processing, and office administration.
Knowledge of medical office management or similar environments is a plus but not required.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating technical proficiency in office software and financial tools.
