Signet Health is actively seeking an experienced, licensed therapist to join our award-winning, hospital-embedded outpatient behavioral health program at MedStar Washington Hospital Center (named Outpatient Program of the Year).

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience working with adult patients and is ideal for clinicians who value structured outpatient practice, predictable weekday hours, and high-quality, in-person clinical care.

Minimum: $80,739

Maximum: $98,681

DOE- Salary Depends on Experience, weekdays. Comprehensive benefits, generous PTO.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

Provide outpatient individual psychotherapy and treatment planning using a structured, time-limited approach.

Ensure all services meet Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) and Joint Commission accreditation standards.

Ideal Candidate

You are a perfect fit for this role if you prefer a consistent, in-person collaborative environment and enjoy structured outpatient therapy. You want a stable, long-term W-2 role with institutional support, and you possess the clinical maturity that comes with treating adult populations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Masters degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
Experience: Three (3) years of clinical experience working with adult patients.
Licensure: Active LICSW, LCSW, LCPC, or LPC licensure in any U.S. state is required at the time of hire with ability to obtain DC licensure prior to starting. (employer support and assistance are provided)

Compensation and Benefits

Signet Health offers a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes full W-2 employment, medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement benefits, and paid time off including holidays.
