Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of all guest and staff areas, ensuring a pristine environment that exceeds expectations. Your leadership will inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service while adhering to safety regulations and sanitation standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse cleaning operations, including industrial and commercial cleaning, laundry services, and custodial tasks, all within a dynamic hospitality setting. Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across all hotel or facility areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Lead, motivate, and develop housekeeping staff through effective team management and managerial communication.
Implement cleaning protocols aligned with safety regulations, sanitation standards, and industry best practices for both routine and specialized cleaning tasks.
Oversee custodial operations including industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, laundry services, and janitorial tasks to maintain a hygienic environment.
Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels, safety compliance, and adherence to hotel or facility policies.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to ensure efficient operations.
Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, customer service excellence, and sanitation management.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or event preparations that require meticulous attention to detail.

Experience

Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality or related industry.
Extensive custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures across various environments such as hotels, hospitals, or commercial facilities.
Demonstrated leadership in managing teams of diverse staff members with excellent communication skills in managerial contexts.
Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment, laundry operations, and sanitation standards is highly preferred.
Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment handling, and workplace safety practices.
Prior experience in hotel or hospitality environments is advantageous for understanding guest service expectations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards in cleanliness and customer service.
