We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to join our Contents Division at Cascade Contents.

Cascade Contents is a trusted provider of contents restoration services, specializing in pack-out, cleaning, and secure storage of personal property after fire, water, and mold damage. We partner with restoration contractors, insurance professionals, and property owners to restore what matters most.

We’re growing and looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) who understands the contents side of the restoration industry and can build strong referral relationships while driving revenue.

Position Overview

The BDR will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key referral partners, generating new business opportunities, and positioning Cascade Contents as the go-to contents restoration provider in the Vancouver/Portland market.

This role is ideal for someone with a background such as:

Contents restoration estimator with sales experience
Contents project/operations manager with a strong sales track record
Account manager or BDR in restoration (contents-focused preferred)

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with restoration contractors (mitigation & reconstruction), insurance adjusters and TPAs, and property managers and commercial clients
Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and industry involvement
Actively manage your territory by visiting accounts, making outbound calls, and building in-person relationships
Leverage proven training, processes, and scripts to turn conversations into qualified opportunities
Maintain an organized sales pipeline by tracking activity and entering detailed daily notes in the CRM
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to execute growth strategies and expand regional presence
Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project handoffs
Represent Cascade Contents at industry events and networking opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in contents restoration, mitigation, or related restoration services
Strong understanding of pack-outs, contents cleaning processes, inventory and storage workflows
Proven ability to build relationships and close business
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment

Highly Preferred:

Estimating experience (Xactimate or similar)
Existing relationships within the restoration/insurance industry
Experience transitioning from operations to sales
