About The Role

Custom Cones USA is the largest and most trusted pre-roll cone and packaging supplier in the cannabis industry. DaySavers is our fast-growing consumer brand bringing premium smoking accessories to retailers and consumers nationwide.

We are hiring a Marketing Director to own day-to-day marketing leadership across both brands. You will inherit an experienced six-person creative and growth team made up of a Creative Director, Sr. Copywriter, Sr. Graphic Designer, Content Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, and eCommerce Manager, plus our supporting VAs.

This role will help scale Custom Cones USA as the leading pre-roll supply company while the cannabis industry continues to grow. You'll also drive the launch and growth of our new Canadian B2B business on ConesCanada.ca and expand brand awareness for our fast-growing DTC business on DaySavers.com.

What You'll OwnMarketing Strategy & ROI

Collaborate with leadership and the marketing team to set the annual and quarterly marketing plan across both brands. Allocate budget across paid media, content, influencer, and tradeshow - ensuring every dollar of spend has to drive measurable return. You’ll help mentor and lead the team on cross-functional projects, new product launches, national PR campaigns, and our robust digital content marketing strategy.

Multi-Brand Leadership

Maintain two distinct brand voices: Custom Cones USA as the educational, data-driven industry authority and DaySavers as the fun, community-driven consumer brand. In this role you’ll be balancing both B2B and DTC audiences, campaigns, and websites.

Demand & Lead GenerationOwn the lead generation engine across both brands: email marketing, paid traffic, tradeshows, SEO, and affiliate marketing. For Custom Cones USA, drive marketing-qualified lead volume and quality for the B2B sales team. For DaySavers, drive DTC revenue and audience growth. Team Leadership

Lead, Manage, and hold Accountable a six-person and growing team. Run weekly 1-on-1s, set quarterly Rocks, remove blockers, and develop the next layer of marketing talent.

Cross-Functional Alignment

Partner with Sales Ops, Customer Experience, and Operations on new items, campaigns, tradeshows, and inventory cycles.

What Success Looks Like in Year 1

Measurable growth for inbound lead generation, with focus on paid traffic, email marketing, organic content, and tradeshow across both sides of the business
Strong organization around monthly and yearly marketing planning, driving increases in both input and output metrics across the marketing team
Build and scale a profitable paid social program across Meta, Google, and emerging channels
Lead 2-3 headline PR/content initiatives from concept to launch, with measurable reach and lead impact
Partner with leadership on tradeshow execution across our event calendar

Who You Are

6+ years in marketing, including 3+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams
Comfortable owning both B2B and DTC
Strategic, but operational - you can build a plan, get into the work, and hold your team to deliver
Data-driven - you know which metrics matter and which are vanity.
Strong eye for brand, copy, and creative - you raise the team's work without taking it over.
Cannabis or regulated-industry experience is a plus!
Compensation: $110,000-$130,000 base depending on experience, plus annual performance bonus.
