Account Manager | Client Success SpecialistOverview

We are seeking an energetic, people-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with business owners who use our Google Business Profile management services. Your primary focus will be ensuring clients have an exceptional experience, understand the value of our services, and remain engaged throughout their partnership with our company.

The ideal candidate is highly personable, confident on the phone, organized, and passionate about helping clients succeed. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for our clients, guiding them through onboarding, answering questions, managing account-related concerns, assisting with billing matters, and helping improve client retention.

No prior Google Business Profile experience is required. We will provide comprehensive training on our services, systems, and processes to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

Conduct onboarding calls with new clients and ensure a smooth transition into our program
Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners through phone calls, text messages, and email communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and engagement
Assist clients with questions regarding their services, account status, and overall experience
Manage client retention efforts by identifying concerns early and helping resolve issues proactively
Handle billing-related communications and assist clients with account updates when needed
Coordinate internally with fulfillment and management teams to ensure client needs are addressed
Accurately document client interactions, notes, and account updates within the CRM
Monitor client health and identify opportunities to improve retention and long-term satisfaction
Help create a positive client experience that encourages referrals and long-term relationships

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with business owners
Positive attitude and high-energy personality
Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain professional under pressure
Comfortable managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn
Experience in customer service, account management, sales, client success, or relationship management is preferred but not required
Familiarity with CRM systems is helpful but not required
