Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance nursing services and improve patient outcomes across the organization.
Manage the overall nursing operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure efficient service delivery.
Ensure compliance with all state-specific education laws and healthcare regulations to maintain accreditation and legal standards.
Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing staff and management teams to foster professional growth and high-performance teams.
Oversee personnel management in education and training programs for nursing staff to promote ongoing development.
Collaborate with administrative leaders to align nursing initiatives with organizational goals and instructional leadership in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

Proven experience in education administration or school experience combined with extensive management in healthcare or nursing environments.
Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational leadership within complex settings.
Demonstrated expertise in personnel management in education or healthcare sectors with a focus on team leadership and staff supervision.
Knowledge of state-specific education laws applicable to healthcare training programs or nursing education standards.
Extensive experience in instructional leadership in education or academic leadership roles within healthcare organizations.
Exceptional skills in leadership, team management, and organizational development at an executive level.
Familiarity with university experience or higher education environments related to health sciences or nursing programs is highly desirable.
Ability to navigate compliance requirements while fostering a positive organizational culture dedicated to excellence in care delivery.
