Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Chef to be a part of our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Chef, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen management, and team supervision, ensuring that every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. Duties

Help support and lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment
Help oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery of dishes
Help manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste
Plan menus in collaboration with management, incorporating dietary requirements and seasonal ingredients
Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation regulations across all kitchen operations
Coordinate catering events and banquet services, delivering memorable culinary experiences for large groups
Help supervise food handling procedures and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the kitchen
Help oversee shift management, including scheduling staff and monitoring performance during service hours
Help collaborate with restaurant management to optimize food service operations and enhance guest satisfaction
Help train new team members in food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations

Experience

Proven experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in culinary arts
Extensive banquet experience with the ability to manage large-scale food production for events
Supervising experience leading kitchen teams in fast-paced settings
Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, food presentation, and catering operations
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within the food industry
Experience managing inventory control systems and food cost management strategies
Background in restaurant or hospitality management with leadership responsibilities in kitchen settings
Familiarity with dietary department standards and accommodating special dietary needs
Hands-on experience with food service management, including shift coordination and team supervision
Knowledge of bartending is a plus, enhancing beverage pairing options for guests
