Front Desk Coordinator

About Us

At Parkins Plastic Surgery, we are committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience in cosmetic surgery and medical aesthetics. Our practice combines high-level clinical care with a warm, welcoming environment where patients feel supported from their very first interaction.

We are looking for a polished, highly organized, and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys patient interaction, and answers the phone with a smile.

This is not simply a receptionist role — we are looking for someone who can help create an outstanding first impression while also guiding prospective patients into the consultation process and supporting long-term patient retention.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Patient Experience

Greet patients warmly and professionally
Manage patient check-in/check-out processes
Answer incoming calls and patient inquiries
Support scheduling and daily office flow
Maintain a polished and organized front office environment

Med Spa Recall & Retention

Conduct proactive outreach to existing patients for recurring treatments
Support appointment rebooking and retention initiatives
Help maintain strong provider schedules through patient follow-up

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a medical office, med spa, or customer service environment required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable with texting, phone communication, and computer systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with EMR/CRM systems required
Interest in aesthetics, plastic surgery, or healthcare is a plus
