As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Residential Door Estimator to join our team.

What You'll Do

Meet with homeowners to assess their garage door needs.
Recommend the best repair or replacement solutions.
Prepare accurate estimates and explain pricing with confidence.
Build trust with customers through professionalism and excellent communication.
Follow up on estimates and help guide customers through the purchasing process.
Maintain organized documentation and customer records.
Work closely with technicians and office staff to ensure a smooth customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Previous sales experience, preferably in home improvement or residential services.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable presenting and selling high-value products.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Valid driver's license.

Schedule

Monday through Friday
Typically 7:30 AM – 5:00/6:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays as needed

Compensation

Performance-based compensation
Target annual earnings of approximately $78,000
Commissions are paid once the garage door installation is completed.
