Full Job Description

Chiropractic Technician (CT) & Front Desk Assistant.

We are currently seeking a self-driven, personable, organized, detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our healthcare team. Duties include light secretarial work, answering telephones, scheduling patients and coordinating patient flow entering office. Also billing and ordering office supplies as well as direct one on one interaction with patients including but not limited to chiropractic therapies, work hardening and strengthening therapy, taking vitals and providing patient care such as stretching and exercise.

Our office is focused on providing impeccable patient care combined with excellent customer service. We provide highly specialized chiropractic treatment combined with rehabilitative therapy. Our office provides state of the art medical / chiropractic technology, digital radiology with a focused rehabilitation facility that combines integrated medical/chiropractic care.

Previous experience and performing therapies such as ultrasound, spinal traction, electrical stimulation, cold laser treatments, and work hardening is a plus, however we are willing to train the right individual and provide coursework for certification as a chiropractic technician.

If you are interested in joining our healthcare team, please provide a resume outlining your work history, computer competency and previous experience in the healthcare field is necessary.

Pay rate will be based on experience $20-25 an hour. A part-time position (approx. 30 hours) with the possibility to transition to full-time work is desired.

Hours of operation:

Monday 9am- 6pm

Tuesday 9am-2pm

Wednesday 9am – 6pm

Friday 9am – 6pm

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and superior communication skills are a must. The ability to prioritize and multitask must be exemplary with previous clinical experience mandatory. We are most interested in enthusiastic, friendly, positive, detail oriented and dependable individuals. Your ability to work as an efficient team member is essential.

Should you not have a certification our office will provide certification. The course is to be held in Wausau, WI on July 10th & 11th. After which, you will become certified to perform therapy with chiropractic supervision.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
