ProHealth Care has been the health care leader in Waukesha County and surrounding communities for more than a century. Our teams are committed to providing exceptional care while creating an environment where employees and providers can do their best work.

Our Women’s Services team provides comprehensive outpatient care across four locations throughout Waukesha County, including Waukesha Memorial Hospital, Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Brookfield and Mukwonago. The service also includes specialized programs in Urogynecology, Gynecologic Oncology and Maternal Fetal Medicine, creating a diverse and dynamic environment focused on meeting the evolving health care needs of women in our community.

What You Will Do

As the Manager of Operations – Women’s Services, you will provide day-to-day operational leadership for a dynamic outpatient department supporting approximately 41 team members and nine physicians and advanced practice providers.

You will partner closely with providers, staff, and leaders across ProHealth Care to support excellent patient care while helping move new programs, procedures, technology, and operational improvements forward.

In this role, you will:

Lead, coach, and develop a talented team of clinical and support staff, creating an environment of accountability, collaboration, and engagement.
Build strong working relationships with physicians and APPs, serving as an operational partner as the practice continues to grow and evolve.
Oversee daily department operations, staffing, patient experience, quality, safety, productivity, and financial performance.
Lead operational projects and implementation of new services, procedures, workflows, and technology.
Coordinate with internal partners including Finance, Purchasing, Compliance, IT, and other departments to evaluate and implement new initiatives.
Support business planning for new programs and procedures, including gathering operational and financial information and helping develop recommendations.
Use data and performance metrics to identify opportunities, improve workflows, and ensure the department is meeting organizational goals.
Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, monitor financial performance, and make adjustments when needed.
Guide the team through change with clear communication, thoughtful planning, and strong follow-through.
Support recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of team members.
Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory and organizational requirements while supporting consistently high standards of patient care.

What You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree or five years of formal healthcare leadership experience in lieu of a degree.
Previous healthcare operations or clinical leadership experience.
Experience partnering with physicians and advanced practice providers strongly preferred.
Women’s Health experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and collaborate across departments.
Strong communication, problem-solving, financial, and change-management skills.
Ability to build trusted relationships while confidently navigating differing perspectives and facilitating productive discussions.
