Our office, Endodontic Specialists of Wisconsin - Mequon, is seeking a Practice lead to join our fast paced specialty practice. Our office is looking for a talented and pleasant patient care coordinator to take on all administrative and front office duties to provide an exceptional experience to all patients and visitors.

Role Overview:

The Practice Lead plays a key role in supporting the daily flow of the practice by helping to coordinate front office and clinical activities. This team member serves as a resource for staff, steps in to assist where needed, and helps maintain a smooth, efficient, and positive environment for patients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support daily operations to help maintain efficient patient flow across front office and clinical areas

· Serve as a point of contact for team questions or workflow troubleshooting throughout the day

· Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling adjustments, and front office coverage as needed

· Help new team members acclimate to office workflows and procedure

· Communicates any issues, concerns, or needs to the Practice Administrator for follow-up

· Collaborate with the team and Practice Administrator to promote a positive, team-focused environment

Requirements:

· 1+ years of prior experience in a dental office setting is required

· Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience preferred

· Strong understanding of administrative and/or clinical workflows

· Proficiency in dental practice management software

· Positive, team-first mindset with strong communication skills

· Reliable, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Position Base Pay Range

$23.00-$26.00 USD
