About the Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll take full ownership of trade show environment builds and custom display projects from start to finish. You’ll manage client assets, coordinate logistics, and ensure flawless execution both in-house and on the trade show floor. This includes working on point-of-purchase (POP) displays and custom fabrication projects, where a background in manufacturing is a strong plus. If you thrive on responsibility, problem-solving, organizing all the elements, and bringing creative solutions to life, this role is for you. You will work with an experienced team of problem-solvers and true creative minds.

What You’ll Do

Manage trade show builds and event projects from end-to-end - from quoting and production through shipping, on-site installation, and final invoicing – you would be accountable for being the liaison between all internal stakeholders and the voice of the client
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing best-in-class service
Oversee the care and coordination of all client assets — including ensuring shipping, check-in, storage, refurbishment, and inventory management
Manage the design, production, and installation of point-of-purchase (POP) displays, ensuring they meet brand standards and client objectives
Oversee custom display and fabrication projects, from creative concept and engineering through manufacturing, delivery, and installation
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to support growth opportunities and deliver creative solutions.
Manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables to ensure accuracy, profitability, and client satisfaction.

· Serve as an active and supportive member of the larger sales team; contributing ideas and solutions in the EOS process

Manage order entry and updates throughout lifecycle of project.
Partner with vendors and internal teams to streamline processes and drive operational excellence.
Serve as team support for our b2b tradeshow order experience.

· Manage daily CRM activities, keeping notes and processes 100% up to date

Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound customer and prospect requests

· Proven project management experience in trade shows, events, or display production, with a strong understanding of industry trends and practices.

· Proven ability to communicate effectively and build lasting relationships with clients at both executive and management levels.

· Demonstrates ownership and accountability, taking initiative to ensure projects are completed successfully.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering clear and persuasive presentations.

· Experience managing POP displays and/or custom fabrication projects is a strong plus.

· Highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and quality across all tasks.

· Ability to adapt to new ways of working or jumping into uncharted projects/endeavors to “dig” into it as a team.

· Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure.

· Exceptional organizational and time management skills, keeping projects and deadlines on track.

· Ability to identify challenges and set priorities, driving solutions proactively.

· Responsive and client-focused, consistently meeting deadlines and addressing customer needs.
