Our client is seeking an Accountant for their growing team north of Milwaukee.

If you have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, 5+ years of public accounting experience this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a stable and expanding organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the general ledger for multiple business units
Analyze costs and variances to support accurate financial reporting
Lead month-end close processes
Partner closely with accounting leadership to resolve issues and support reporting needs
Serve as a key point of contact during external audits
Prepare account reconciliations and financial analysis for use across the organization
Support broader finance initiatives, including system upgrades and process improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally with other finance and accounting team members
