As the company continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and help keep the business running efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

Office Operations

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
Ensure office processes run efficiently and professionally
Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and facility-related needs

Administrative Support

Support company leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and special projects
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
Maintain organized company records and confidential files

Cross-Department Coordination

Partner with Purchasing, Accounting, Human Resources, Production, and Engineering teams
Assist with internal communications and company initiatives
Coordinate meetings and company events

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows
Help implement office procedures that improve efficiency and organization
Support continuous improvement initiatives across administrative functions

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

3+ years of Office Management or Administrative Management experience
Experience supporting multiple departments within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Self-starter with strong attention to detail
