Marketing and Inside Sales Manager –Longevity & Metabolic Wellness

Housey Pharma is currently seeking an experienced marketing and inside sales manager to promote and expand its Axulin franchise in the U.S. and Canada, with anticipated expansion into additional countries in 2027. Potential candidates must have a B.S. degree in a related field (business or science) as well as 2-3 years of marketing experience that includes strong social media skills. Location: On-Site Full-Time

Compensation:

Base Salary: USD $75,000–$90,000
Bonus: 10–15% annual target, based upon performance
Profit Sharing Participation: Eligible

The Product

Axulin is a science‑driven longevity and metabolic‑wellness support product, classified as a Natural Health Product (NHP) in Canada and a Nutritional Supplement in the U.S. Axulin supports healthy aging, vitality, metabolic wellness, and daily energy optimization. The product has been on the market for more than nine years in Canada and seven years in the U.S. and has been tested in a placebo-controlled clinical trial.

Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for a motivated Marketing & Inside Sales Manager with 2–3 years of experience in consumer health, wellness, supplements, pharmaceutical marketing, or related fields. You’ll help grow sales across wellness clinics, metabolic‑health centers, health care and naturopathic practices, nutritionists, fitness professionals, and retail partners.

This role combines inside sales, channel development, and digital marketing execution to expand the product’s reach in the fast‑growing longevity category.

Inside Sales & Channel Development

Conduct outreach to wellness clinics, metabolic‑health centers, naturopathic practices, nutritionists, fitness professionals, and retail buyers.
Manage the full inside‑sales cycle using compliant, non‑disease‑claim materials.
Deliver virtual education sessions on longevity, vitality, and healthy‑aging benefits.
Track all interactions and pipeline activity in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Implement AI-enabled initiatives to identify and communicate with potential customers
Oversee internal customer service representatives if and when added to staff

Marketing & Campaign Execution

Build digital campaigns focused on longevity, metabolic wellness, and healthy aging.
Create lifestyle‑focused content and ingredient‑science explainers.
Run A/B tests, segmentation, and performance analytics to improve engagement.
Ensure all messaging meets NHP and U.S. supplement compliance standards.

Events & Professional Engagement

Coordinate presence at wellness, longevity, metabolic‑health, naturopathic, and consumer‑health conferences.
Manage sampling programs and follow‑up with leads.
Support webinars, product‑knowledge sessions, and influencer collaborations.

Sales Enablement & Reporting

Develop product guides, promotional materials, and compliant messaging frameworks.
Work with in-house and consulting regulatory, legal, and scientific experts to maintain compliance.
Produce weekly and monthly dashboards on sales performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (marketing, business, nutrition, or life sciences preferred).
2–3 years of experience in consumer health, wellness, supplements, NHPs, OTC or prescription medicines, or related fields.
Strong communication skills and ability to simplify scientific concepts.
Strong social media skills.
Experience with digital marketing, inside sales, or lead generation.
CRM proficiency.
Strong project‑management and organizational skills.
Exceptional people skills and an engaging personality

Your responsibilities will include managing social media and other forms of marketing as well as coordinating inside sales of our innovative natural health product directed toward diabetes, prediabetes, metabolic syndrome and longevity.

REQUIREMENTS

You must have a B.S. degree in a relevant field (marketing, business or science) , and at least 2-3 years of experience in health care-related marketing. Marketing experience and solid social media skills are required. You must also be highly motivated, a self-starter, and be able to manage productive relationships with customers and partners. A scientific background is helpful but not required.
