Wayne Mazda seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales /Closer Manager to lead our sales team and drive exceptional customer experiences in the automotive industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage high-end vehicle sales, develop strategic sales pipelines, and foster lasting relationships with clients. As a key leader within our dealership, you will motivate your team to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and elevate our brand presence through innovative marketing and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for automotive sales excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the automotive sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including outbound sales campaigns and B2B (business-to-business) outreach initiatives.
Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation through closing deals, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality prospects.
Conduct high-end vehicle demonstrations and negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring a positive buying experience.
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
Support inventory management by coordinating with the dealership’s inventory control team to ensure optimal stock levels for high-demand models.
Provide ongoing training and mentorship to sales staff on retail math, upselling techniques, phone etiquette, and effective communication skills.
Engage in public speaking engagements or community events to promote dealership offerings and build brand awareness.
Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing client inquiries promptly via phone or in person.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that attract new customers and retain existing ones through strategic outreach efforts.

Skills

Proven experience in automobile sales with a strong background in retail sales and high-end vehicle transactions.
Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple client accounts, inventory levels, and sales activities simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software for tracking leads, managing contacts, and analyzing sales data.
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are highly desirable).
Experience in outbound sales strategies such as cold calling and B2B outreach to expand the dealership’s market reach.
Knowledge of inventory management, retail math, and dealership operations including inventory control.
Ability to deliver compelling public presentations or speeches to promote dealership services confidently.
Customer service expertise combined with professional phone etiquette to foster trust and rapport with clients.
Familiarity with automotive industry regulations, dealership procedures, and B2B marketing practices.
