Full Job Description

We are a fast-growing tabletop and home décor company, continuously expanding our product line and collections. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our continued growth. This is an in-person position for someone who enjoys meeting customers, building relationships, and increasing sales performance.

In-Person Home Décor Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with retail stores, gift shops, home décor stores, and other potential customers.
Generate new business and bring in new accounts.
Increase sales by presenting and promoting our product line.
Provide market feedback on customer preferences, trends, and high-demand products.
Help identify new products and collections based on customer demand.
Attend trade shows and customer meetings when needed.
Work closely with our team to grow sales and expand our customer base.

In-Person Home Décor Sales Representative Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the home décor, giftware, tabletop, housewares, or a closely related industry is required.
Existing industry contacts are a plus.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
Ability and willingness to cold call and actively prospect for new customers.
Willingness and ability to travel for customer visits, trade shows, and other business needs as required.

In-Person Home Décor Sales Representative Compensation:

Base salary plus commission.

About the In-Person Home Décor Sales Representative Role:
