Now Hiring: Administrative Support Associate

Location: Wayne, MI
Pay Rate: $21.13/hour
Onsite Position

Looking for a detail-oriented administrative professional who enjoys organization, records management, and maintaining accurate documentation? This opportunity offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced office environment while supporting important records and compliance processes.

Education Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience Requirements

Previous experience with filing, document management, records retention, or administrative support preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills and commitment to confidentiality.

Job Duties

Maintain and organize employee records, files, and HR documentation.
Sort, label, scan, and file physical and electronic documents.
Support records retention processes, including archiving and secure document destruction.
Apply retention labels and identify files requiring retention action.
Prepare records for offsite storage and file consolidation projects.
Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy requirements.
Assist with administrative projects and document tracking activities.

Physical Capabilities

Ability to sit, stand, walk, and handle filing tasks throughout the workday.
Ability to lift and move file boxes and documents as needed.
