Primary Job Functions:

Sorting mail
Paying bills
Balancing statements
Sending and receiving faxes and emails
Scanning documents
Monitoring office supplies
Answering telephone
Receiving and balancing Ace orders
Daily cash reconciliations, reports, verification of credit card transactions, and bank deposits
Maintaining customer accounts (filing invoices, tickets, and statements, etc.)
Accounts receivable payments
Monitor accounts receivable for past due accounts, finance charge discrepancies, etc.
Monitor profit and loss statements
Monitor returned checks
Handle problems with customer accounts
Keeping records on non-taxable sales and tax exempt cards, including scanning and filing

Qualifications:
