About Us:

We are a well established dermatology practice specializing in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Part-Time Medical Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a college student pursuing pre-health, healthcare administration, hospitality, business, or a related field. You will develop valuable skills in patient relations, customer service, and healthcare operation.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

Answer phones, schedule appointments
Coordinate communication between patients, medical assistants, providers, and manager
Compute all patient transactions, accurately post charges
Able to open and close the clinic. it's not required to open and close everyday.
Solution oriented customer service skill
Strong working knowledge of relevant computer software including MS Office and booking and payment systems
Strong numeracy skills and administrative skills
