What You’ll Do

Provide compassionate, high-quality, Christian-centered therapy to individuals, couples, and families (in person and via telehealth)
Respond effectively to a wide range of clinical needs, including crisis situations
Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and referral sources
Manage your own schedule while meeting clinical and organizational expectations
Maintain licensure, ethical standards, and insurance credentialing (with agency support)
Participate in quarterly staff meetings and ministry collaboration

What You Bring

Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health–related field
Independent licensure in Iowa or South Dakota (LISW, LMHC, or LMFT)
Ability to serve diverse populations with compassion and professionalism
Strong self-motivation, organization, and time-management skills
A sincere desire to practice in a Christian, faith-based counseling environment
