Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to support our legal and administrative leadership team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance, managing legal documentation, and supporting the organization as it continues to grow. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

●Draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and correspondence, primarily within the healthcare space

●Conduct legal and regulatory research and communicate findings clearly to internal stakeholders

●Support compliance initiatives, including HIPAA-related processes

●Maintain and organize legal files, records, and internal databases

●Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects and documentation

●Proofread legal documents for accuracy, including spelling, grammar, and numerical data

●Assist with contract tracking, updates, and revisions

●Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications:

● Paralegal certification preferred

● Experience in healthcare, legal, or compliance environments strongly preferred

● Strong analytical and research skills

● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

● Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word

● Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, in-office environment

Preferred Experience:

● Knowledge of healthcare law, HIPAA, or ERISA

● Experience reviewing contracts and legal documentation

● Experience supporting executive-level leadership

Schedule & Work Environment

● Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm

● Occasional travel to company functions and industry conferences

● Additional hours as needed based on project deadlines

● 100% in-office (no remote work)

● Candidates must currently reside within daily commuting distance of Maryland

Heights, MO 63146. Only local candidates will be considered.
