Inside Sales – Wholesale Refrigerant Gas Distribution

We are a family office with over three decades of experience in the wholesale refrigerant gas market. Our team takes pride in fostering long-standing, respectful relationships with customers, rooted in trust, transparency, and shared value.

We need somebody with previous sales experience who is serious about making more money. Many sales jobs are commission-only. RGAS offer a full time salary including benefits and an uncapped commission program featuring short and long-term commission opportunities.

Position Summary:

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing, maintaining, and nurturing relationships with customers who buy refrigerant gases. Some of these relationships have already been cultivated over a long period of time. Your role is to act as a professional, friendly, and consistent point of contact. Your primary goal is not aggressive one transaction sales, but rather acting as a long-term partner in the refrigerant market—staying in regular contact, ensuring the customers are informed, and supplying them with refrigerant gases on a regular basis. As an account executive at RGAS, you are the main point of contact for your customers. As you build trust with your customers, they will do more business with you and you will earn commission on every order sent to you.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain a portfolio of customers and serve as their primary point of contact.
Conduct monthly check-ins via phone, video calls, or email to ensure ongoing relationship growth.
Build trust through consistent, respectful, and transparent communication.
Document all interactions and update CRM systems with notes and insights.
Provide updates on market trends or relevant news that may impact the refrigerant gas market (training provided).
Collaborate closely with the management, operations, and administration team when a customer has issues to be resolved.
Represent the family office brand with integrity and professionalism at all times.
Maintain deep knowledge of each customer’s business and purchase history to personalize interactions.
Flag all opportunities to do business with customers.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Proven experience in account management, client services, or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and listening abilities.
A natural curiosity and empathy-driven approach to conversations.
A competitive nature that fosters an high energy environment.
Experience or interest in industrial gases, HVAC, refrigeration, or wholesale distribution is a plus, but not required.
Comfort with CRM systems and managing follow-up schedules.
Self-starter with a high degree of personal integrity.
