Full Job Description

Contract Manufacturing Recruiter (Hybrid)

Our client, a growing manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for production, skilled trades, and technical positions. This hybrid opportunity requires regular onsite collaboration with hiring managers and operations leaders to meet critical workforce demands in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hourly, technical, and skilled manufacturing positions.
Partner closely with operations leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process.
Recruit for a variety of manufacturing and operational roles, including production, maintenance, skilled trades, and equipment-related positions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers while providing exceptional candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
Maintain recruiting activity and pipeline management within the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications

Proven experience recruiting within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated success managing high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for hourly and technical positions.
Experience hiring skilled trades, production, maintenance, or other operational talent.
Strong understanding of recruiting for large non-exempt workforces.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular onsite collaboration.

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

manufacturing: 1 year (Required)
high-volume recruiting: 1 year (Required)
