Westin Trading, Inc. is a national grocery redistributing company based in Saint Louis, Missouri. Focusing on business-to-business sales, we have become a leader in the wholesale grocery industry. Being in business for over 30 years, we currently operate in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. We supply retail grocery chains, large wholesalers, convenience store chains, as well as independent wholesalers. Having access to over 50,000 different products, we can serve a broad range of customers.

Our primary business is buying and selling full truckloads of nationally branded and recognized grocery products. We work with our already established network of sources to procure items at exceptional prices, then pass these savings onto our customers.

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION

Note: You may be invited to take part of assessment tests via Criteria Corp. and Total Testing. These tests help us evaluate each candidates level of experience.

Available Position:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator to support our Sales Admin and Transportation teams. You will be working behind the scenes to process orders, assemble truckloads, and keep the documentation and records that move our business accurate and up to date.

Opportunities for advancement include Sales Admin and Transportation team positions.

This position is located at our Creve Coeur, MO office. This is NOT a remote position. Office hours are M-F, 8am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

· Creating and processing sales and purchase order transactions

· Assembling truckloads and confirming shipment details

· Preparing and maintaining shipping documentation, including bills of lading and delivery paperwork

· Entering and maintaining product and order information in company system

· Tracking inbound and outbound shipments and updating order records

· Providing administrative support to Westin’s Transportation Team

· Order file maintenance and record keeping

· Special projects as requested

Experience:

Qualified candidates will be energetic, self-motivated, and have the following:

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word)

· Strong communication skills with internal teams using phone, text, and email

· Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Familiarity with master broker software (TMS) a plus

· Strong attention to detail

· Skilled in accurate order entry

· Comfort working with high volumes of orders and documentation

· Experience working independently and within a team

· Ability to “close-the-loop”

· Time management and prioritization skills
