Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral assessment and intervention efforts, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes through evidence-based practices such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), functional behavior assessments, and behavior intervention strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in both clinical and home-based settings while collaborating with families, schools, and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based ABA therapy programs for children and adults with neurodevelopmental disorders, especially those on the autism spectrum.
Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and caregivers to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with best practices.
Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to track progress and inform treatment adjustments in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate closely with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and facilitate effective communication regarding client progress.
Lead intake assessments for new clients, ensuring thorough understanding of medical records, medical terminology, and patient care needs.
Maintain accurate medical documentation, behavioral health records, and progress notes in accordance with legal standards and organizational policies.

Skills

Extensive experience working with children with disabilities, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder or other neurodevelopmental conditions.
Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral psychological assessments, functional assessment techniques, and behavior intervention strategies.
Proven ability to perform behavioral health evaluations, conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), and develop individualized treatment plans.
Excellent skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure therapy effectiveness and guide clinical decisions.
Familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA compliance standards, and medical record management for client confidentiality.
Experience working in diverse settings such as clinics, homes, schools or community environments; home-based behavioral experience is highly valued.
Effective communication skills for client assessment updates, client communication, training staff or caregivers, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Ability to provide clinical supervision while maintaining a supportive approach that fosters growth in team members.
