Full Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menus
- Ensure that food is handled and stored safely in accordance with food safety guidelines
- Collaborate with the catering team to plan and execute large-scale events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Assist in menu planning and development
- Assist the head chef with ordering and inventory duties

Skills:
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Experience working in the food industry, preferably in a professional kitchen setting
- Ability to follow recipes and prepare meals in a timely manner
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication, teamwork and leadership skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing menus and dietary requirements
