We’re Growing! Join Hometown as a Claims & Insurance Certificate Coordinator

Hometown Insurance is looking for a team-oriented, detail-focused professional who takes pride in doing things accurately and supporting others. If you value collaboration, clear communication, and delivering dependable results, we’d love to have you on our team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with superior office & customer service skills.

Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, Full time, in-office. Pay based on a 35 hour week.

What You’ll Do:

Work closely with insurance companies, claimants, policyholders, and colleagues to manage claims.
Handle Certificates of Insurance, maintain accurate databases, and update policy information.
Take responsibility for customer concerns, seeing them through to resolution.
Follow company procedures while meeting service and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Ideal candidate maintains an active P&C license and experience with claims and Certificates, however training and licensing class cost and support available for the right candidate.
Strong customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to balance multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and focus on accuracy.
A dependable team player who can also work independently when needed.
