We are looking for a motivated and organized Part-Time Recruiter to help grow our dedicated team of care professionals. In this role, you will lead the sourcing, screening, and onboarding of high-quality Register Nurses, Physical Therapists/Assistants, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and office staff. The ideal candidate understands the unique demands of the home care industry and excels at building strong community talent pipelines. Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team and drive talent acquisition efforts across various healthcare disciplines. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top clinical and non-clinical talent to support our mission of providing outstanding patient care. Your expertise in full cycle recruiting, candidate relationship management, and strategic sourcing will be vital in building a strong team dedicated to excellence.

Duties

Minimum of 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, senior care, or home care.
Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for clinical staff, including nurses, therapists, social workers, and administrative personnel.
Utilize talent management platforms to track candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records.
Conduct candidate sourcing through social media management, external recruiting channels, cold calling, and market trends analysis to identify top talent.
Lead candidate screening and interviewing processes while ensuring compliance with employment law and labor regulations.
Collaborate closely with the clinical leadership team to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

Skills

Deep understanding of recruiting processes including full cycle recruiting, external recruiting, candidate sourcing, and employment law compliance.
Experience with clinical staff recruitment and HR sourcing strategies within healthcare environments.
Excellent communication skills for client communication, candidate engagement, and collaboration with senior leadership.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and/or Indeed

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, senior care, or home care.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the roles of HHAs, CNAs, and personal care assistants.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with hiring platforms, social media marketing, and general HR software.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an empathetic phone presence.
Organization: Ability to balance multiple open positions and follow up promptly with applicant leads.
