GuruNanda is a fast-growing consumer packaged goods (CPG) company specializing in oral care products and dietary supplements. We are committed to delivering high-quality, innovative, and sustainable products while maintaining strict FDA, cGMP, and industry compliance standards.

Position Summary:

The QA Documentation Control Associate is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s quality documentation system to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards (such as FDA, GMP, ISO), and customer requirements. This role involves organizing, reviewing, and controlling documents related to product quality, procedures, and batch records to support the overall Quality Management System (QMS).

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain, organize, and update all QA and QC-related documents, including SOPs, batch records, specifications, and training records.
Ensure all controlled documents are current, approved, and distributed according to company procedures.
Manage document revisions, change control, and archival processes in alignment with QMS requirements.
Review completed production and packaging batch records for accuracy and completeness prior to QA release.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation promptly and accurately.
Assist in preparing and issuing new or revised procedures, forms, and work instructions.
Maintain documentation indexes and electronic databases, ensuring traceability and retrieval efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, QC, R&D, Regulatory, etc.) to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
Ensure proper training documentation for all personnel handling controlled documents.
Support continuous improvement of documentation and quality systems.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or related field preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in QA documentation control or similar role, preferably in a GMP-regulated or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge:
Understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Familiarity with GMP, FDA, ISO, and other regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint) and document control software.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Team-oriented with strong follow-through.
